The Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA) softball overwhelmed the host Lehighton Indians (Lehighton, PA), 19-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

Next, the Blue Bombers clash with the Northern Lehigh Bulldogs (Slatington, PA) in a Colonial - West test, on Saturday, March 21. Palmerton will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.

The Indians (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Notre Dame-Green Pond (Easton, PA). The Crusaders go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Notre Dame-Green Pond prevailed over Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA), 15-5, in a league test.
