In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Chesterton Trojans basketball team scored a decisive 67-16 triumph over the Lowell Red Devils.

In their next game, the Trojans meet the Merrillville Pirates (Merrillville, IN) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 4. Chesterton will attempt to better on its 24-0 season record. The Pirates enter the match with a 9-14 record after their 45-37 non-league win over Valparaiso (Valparaiso, IN).

With the defeat, Lowell moves to 0-23 on the year.
