California High School Baseball - Firebaugh loses to Mayfair
March 2, 2023: Lakewood, CA 90713 The Mayfair Monsoons crushed the visiting Firebaugh Falcons baseball team by a count of 23-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Monsoons now possess a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lynwood for a Mid Cities bout on Friday, March 3. Mayfair will face a Knights team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Jordan (Long Beach, CA). The Knights record now stands at 2-2.
Next, the Falcons face the Paramount Pirates (Paramount, CA) in a Mid Cities bout, on Friday, March 3. Firebaugh will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Pirates enter the bout with a 1-5 record after their 7-1 league loss to Norwalk (Norwalk, CA).
