March 2, 2023: Beeville, TX 78102 The Ellison Eagles (Killeen, TX) softball routed the host Jones Trojans (Beeville, TX), 7-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Eagles (6-9) will now prepare for their bout against Ganado (Ganado, TX). The Indians go into the non-league bout with a 13-2 record. In their last bout, Ganado Steele (Cibolo, TX), 3-3, in a non-league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Victoria West for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 4. Jones will face a Warriors squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to King (Houston, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 5-14.
