March 2, 2026: Douglasville, GA 30134 The Rome Wolves baseball team scored 17 runs and held the host Douglas County Tigers to 4 in the Wolves non-league win on Monday.
The Wolves now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Straughn for a non-league test on Friday, March 6. Rome will play a Tigeres team coming off a 17-1 non-league loss to Headland (Headland, AL). The Tigeres record now stands at 1-5.
The Tigers (1-7) will now prepare for their outing against Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA). The Falcons go into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Pebblebrook thwarted Douglas County (Douglasville, GA), 22-1, in a non-league challenge.
