March 20, 2025: Bunkie, LA 71322 In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Franklin Parish Patriots baseball team scored a nice 17-4 victory over the Bunkie Panthers.
The Patriots (8-8) will now prepare for their game against Lakeside (Sibley, LA). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 9-11 record. In their last game, Lakeside defeated Grant (Dry Prong, LA), 11-6, in a non-league game.
Next, the Panthers face the Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets (New Roads, LA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 22. Bunkie will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Hornets enter the game with a 8-12 record after their 7-4 league loss to Opelousas Catholic (Opelousas, LA).
