The Valley Vista Monsoon volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Skyline Coyotes to 0 in the Monsoon non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Monsoon now have a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to South Mountain for a non-league outing on Friday, March 21. Valley Vista will play a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Skyline drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Coyotes host Westwood (Mesa, AZ) to play the Warriors in a 6A East Valley outing on Monday, March 24. The Warriors come into the outing with a record of 2-0. Westwood won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Cesar Chavez (Laveen, AZ)
