March 20, 2025: Seminary, MS 39479 The Seminary Bulldogs (Seminary, MS) baseball trounced the visiting Taylorsville Tartars (Taylorsville, MS), 10-3 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host West Jones for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 22. Seminary will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 4-4 league Hattiesburg (Hattiesburg, MS). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Taylorsville drops to 0-2 on the year. The Tartars travel to Northeast Jones (Laurel, MS) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 22. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Northeast Jones won 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Richton (Richton, MS)
