The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Excelsior Charter Eagles (Victorville, CA) and the host Academy of Careers & Exploration Eagle (Helendale, CA), observed Excelsior Charter's softball team notch a victory over Academy of Careers & Exploration by a tally of 26-7.

The Eagles (6-3) will now prepare for their bout against Granite Hills (Apple Valley, CA). The Cougars go into the non-league bout with a 4-5 record. In their last bout, Granite Hills was routed by Silverado (Victorville, CA), 13-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Eagle battle the Victor Valley Jackrabbits (Victorville, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 21.
