The Higley Knights softball squad (Gilbert, AZ), was routed 12-5 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Arizona College Prep Knights (Chandler, AZ)

With the triumph, Arizona College Prep improves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Knights travel to Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league contest on Thursday, March 20. The Blue Devils enter the contest with a record of 7-2. Sunnyside won 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ)

The Knights now hold a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Eastmark for a non-league contest on Friday, March 21. Higley will face a Firebirds squad coming off a 9-7 non-league win over Chandler (Chandler, AZ). The Firebirds record now stands at 5-4.
