The Ringgold Redskins softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Dodson Panthers to 12 in the Redskins non-league win on Thursday.

The Redskins now possess a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arcadia for a 1A District 1 battle on Monday, March 24.

With the loss, Dodson moves to 6-9 on the season. The Panthers travel to Sicily Island (Sicily Island, LA) to confront the Tigers in a C District 2 battle on Friday, March 21. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 0-18. Sicily Island lost 21-4 in their recent non-league battle against Peabody (Alexandria, LA)
