In Friday's league bout, the Edison Vikings (Stockton, CA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Stagg Delta Kings (Stockton, CA), by a tally of 10-0.

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Ben Holt College Prep Academy Bobcats (Stockton, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 21. Edison will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 6-3 non-league win over Galt (Galt, CA).

With the defeat, Stagg drops to 9-6 on the year. The Delta kings travel to Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a San Joaquin Athletic Association challenge on Wednesday, March 25. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 5-8. Weston Ranch lost 11-5 in their recent league challenge against Bear Creek (Stockton, CA)
