In Friday's league game, the host Rosemont Wolverines baseball team scored a close 7-0 victory over the El Dorado Cougars.

The Wolverines (9-5) will now prepare for their game against Amador (Sutter Creek, CA). The Buffaloes enter the Sierra Valley Conference game with a 9-2 record. In their last game, Amador was overwhelmed by Liberty Ranch (Galt, CA), 8-5, in a league game.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Galt Warriors (Galt, CA) in a Sierra Valley Conference match, on Wednesday, March 25. El Dorado will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record.
