The Welsh Greyhounds the host Grant Cougars baseball squad by a score of 9-6 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Greyhounds battle the Bell City Bruins (Bell City, LA) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 23. Welsh will attempt to better on its 15-6 season record. The Bruins go into the test with a 8-5 record after their 7-4 non-league loss to Mamou (Mamou, LA).

With the defeat, Grant drops to 8-15 on the year. The Cougars travel to Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, LA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Saturday, March 21. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 5-10. Harrisonburg lost 6-5 in their recent league outing against Glenmora (Glenmora, LA)
