Temple Wildcats (Temple, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Weiss Wolves (Pflugerville, TX), 6-3 in a league test.

With the win, Temple upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Midway (Waco, TX) to battle the Panthers in a 6A Region II District 12 test on Friday, March 24. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 15-3. Midway won 4-0 in their recent league test against Harker Heights (Harker Heights, TX)

With the defeat, Weiss falls to 2-12 on the season. The Wolves host Copperas Cove (Copperas Cove, TX) to battle the Bulldawgs in a 6A Region II District 12 test on Friday, March 24. The Bulldawgs come into the test with a record of 3-3. Copperas Cove won 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Clyde (Clyde, TX)
