Georgia High School Soccer - Windsor Forest nudges Appling County
March 21, 2023: Baxley, GA 31513 Windsor Forest Knights (Savannah, GA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Appling County Pirates (Baxley, GA), 4-3 in a league challenge.
Next, the Knights face the Vidalia Indians (Vidalia, GA) in a 2A Area 3 challenge, on Thursday, March 23. Windsor Forest will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 4-0 league loss to Pierce County (Blackshear, GA).
The Pirates now have a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vidalia for a 2A Area 3 challenge on Friday, March 24.
