The Wayne Country Day Chargers crushed the visiting Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots baseball team by a count of 12-2 in Thursday's league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 12-0 record. They take the field next when they host North Raleigh Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Monday, March 25. Wayne Country Day will face a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over East Wake Academy (Zebulon, NC). The Knights record now stands at 2-7.
