In Friday's non-league bout, the Parkway Panthers (Bossier City, LA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host North DeSoto Griffins (Stonewall, LA), by a score of 9-3.

Next up, the Panthers encounter the Evangel Christian Academy Eagles (Shreveport, LA) in a 5A District 1 bout, on Saturday, March 22. Parkway will attempt to advance on its 5-14 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 6-10 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA).
