March 21, 2025: Muskegon, MI 49445 The Northview Wildcats (Grand Rapids, MI) lacrosse nudged the host Reeths-Puffer Rockets (Muskegon, MI), 9-8 in Friday's league outing.
The Wildcats now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Christian for a Division 2 District 5 outing on Tuesday, March 25. Northview will face a Eagles squad coming off a 17-5 league loss to Forest Hills Northern (Grand Rapids, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Reeths-Puffer falls to 0-2 on the year. The Rockets host Grand Haven (Grand Haven, MI) to face the Buccaneers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 25. The Buccaneers go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Grand Haven won 9-8 in their recent non-league outing against Holland Christian (Holland, MI)
