In Friday's league test, the Battery Creek Dolphins (Beaufort, SC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting North Charleston Cougars (North Charleston, SC), by a count of 19-0.

Next, the Dolphins meet the Hanahan Hawks (Hanahan, SC) in a AAA Region 8 test, on Tuesday, March 25. Battery Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Hawks go into the test with a 3-4 record after their 17-0 non-league win over Orangeburg-Wilkinson (Orangeburg, SC).
