Hatch Valley Bears (Hatch, NM) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Ruidoso Warriors (Ruidoso, NM), 11-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Hatch Valley improves its record to 2-5 on the year. The Bears travel to Northwest (Shiprock, NM) to battle the Falcons in a non-league match on Friday, March 27. The Falcons go into the match with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Capitan Tigers (Capitan, NM) in a non-league match, on Monday, March 23. Ruidoso will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Tigers go into the match with a 1-2 record after their 8-3 non-league loss to Raton (Raton, NM).
