March 22, 2022: Union Bridge, MD 21791 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Smithsburg Leopards (Smithsburg, MD) and the host Francis Scott Key Eagles (Union Bridge, MD), saw Smithsburg's lacrosse team overcome Francis Scott Key by a margin of 8-0.
The Leopards (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Brunswick (Brunswick, MD). The Railroaders enter the CMC challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Brunswick beat Governor Thomas Johnson (Frederick, MD), 8-6, in a non-league challenge.
