March 22, 2022: Salt Lake City, UT 84102 Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle (Draper, UT) and the host Judge Memorial Bulldogs (Salt Lake City, UT), witnessed Juan Diego Catholic's softball squad prevail over Judge Memorial by a count of 18-1.
The Soaring Eagle now sport a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bonneville for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 23. Juan Diego Catholic will face a Lakers squad coming off a 18-6 non-league win over Green Canyon (North Logan, UT). The Lakers record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Judge Memorial moves to 0-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Summit Academy (Bluffdale, UT) to face the Bears in a 3A Region 15 match on Thursday, March 24. The Bears go into the match with a record of 1-7. Summit Academy lost 17-0 in their recent league match against Providence Hall (Herriman, UT)
