California High School Volleyball - McLane over Washington Union

March 22, 2023: Fresno, CA 93706

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the McLane Highlanders (Fresno, CA) and the host Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA), saw McLane's volleyball squad beat Washington Union by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, McLane upgrades its record to 6-4 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Roosevelt (Fresno, CA) to play the Rough Riders in a North Yosemite bout on Thursday, March 23. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a record of 6-11. Roosevelt lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Hoover (Fresno, CA)

The Panthers now own a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madera South for a County Metro test on Friday, March 24. Washington Union will confront a Stallions team coming off a 3-1 league loss to McLane (Fresno, CA). The Stallions record now stands at 7-12.
