The Gateway College Preparatory Gators (Georgetown, TX) baseball nipped the visiting Lampasas Badgers (Lampasas, TX), 6-5 in Friday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Gators play the Lago Vista Vikings (Lago Vista, TX) in a 4A Region III District 24 contest, on Tuesday, March 26. Gateway College Preparatory will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 12-2 record after their 8-2 league win over Lampasas (Lampasas, TX).
