Virginia High School Softball - Norcom bounces Booker T. Washington
March 22, 2024: Portsmouth, VA 23704 Norcom Greyhounds (Portsmouth, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers (Norfolk, VA), 25-15 in a league challenge.
The Greyhounds now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Norview for a Eastern challenge on Tuesday, March 26. Norcom will battle a Pilots squad coming off a 23-0 league loss to Maury (Norfolk, VA). The Pilots record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Booker T. Washington falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Mighty bookers travel to Churchland (Portsmouth, VA) to battle the Truckers in a Eastern game on Tuesday, March 26. The Truckers come into the game with a record of 0-3. Churchland lost 1-0 in their recent league game against Manor (Portsmouth, VA)
