Texas High School Softball - Mt. Pleasant bounces Whitehouse
March 22, 2024: Mt. Pleasant, TX 75456 The Mt. Pleasant Tigers routed the visiting Whitehouse Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 6-1 in Friday's league battle.
The Tigers (16-8) will now prepare for their battle against Texas (Texarkana, TX). The Tigers go into the 5A Region II District 15 battle with a 15-8 record. In their last battle, Texas was routed by Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX), 7-4, in a league battle.
The Wildcats now possess a 17-6 record. They play next when they travel to Hallsville for a 5A Region II District 15 battle on Tuesday, March 26. Whitehouse will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 23-0 league win over Tyler (Tyler, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 13-6.
