March 22, 2025: Morris, OK 74445 The Morris Eagles (Morris, OK) baseball trounced the visiting Will Rogers College Ropers (Tulsa, OK), 12-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Holland Hall for a 3A District 6 challenge on Monday, March 24. Morris will clash with a Dutch team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Timnath (Timnath, CO). The Dutch record now stands at 4-4.
With the defeat, Will Rogers College drops to 2-11 on the year. The Ropers host McAlester (McAlester, OK) to clash with the Buffaloes in a 5A District 3 challenge on Monday, March 24. The Buffaloes go into the challenge with a record of 4-7. McAlester won 12-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Idabel (Idabel, OK)
