In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Poly Bears volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Hillcrest Trojans.

The Bears (14-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Claremont (Claremont, CA). The Wolfpack enter the non-league challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, Claremont got by Damien (La Verne, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Chaparral Pumas (Temecula, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 22. Hillcrest will attempt to upgrade on its 14-8 season record. The Pumas enter the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Temecula Valley (Temecula, CA).
