March 22, 2025: La Mesa, CA 91941 Fans at Saturday's non-league test between the Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) and the visiting San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA), witnessed Helix's lacrosse squad achieve victory over San Diego by a count of 10-6.
The Highlanders (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA). The Crusaders enter the non-league test with a 3-3 record.
Next, the Cavers battle the Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA) in a City test, on Wednesday, March 26. San Diego will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Rattlers enter the test with a 1-2 record after their 12-4 non-league loss to Classical Academy (Escondido, CA).
