California High School Lacrosse - San Diego drops to El Capitan
April 10, 2025: Lakeside, CA 92040 El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA), 14-5 in a non-league game.
With the victory, El Capitan advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Vaqueros host Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA) to play the Eagles in a Grossmont game on Monday, April 28. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 7-5.
The Cavers now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln for a City game on Friday, April 11. San Diego will play a Hornets team coming off a 18-6 league loss to Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-2.
