The Sweetwater Mustangs routed the host Lake View Chiefs softball squad by a final score of 12-0 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Mustangs (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Levelland (Levelland, TX). The Lobos go into the 4A Region I District 3 battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Levelland was routed by Snyder (Snyder, TX), 5-2, in a league battle.
