In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Paradise Honors Panthers (Surprise, AZ), by a margin of 12-2.

With the win, Saguaro betters its record to 7-6 on the season. The Sabercats travel to Mesquite (Gilbert, AZ) to encounter the Wildcats in a 4A Desert Sky challenge on Friday, March 25. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Mesquite lost 5-4 in their recent league challenge against Saguaro (Scottsdale, AZ)

With the defeat, Paradise Honors falls to 6-7 on the season. The Panthers travel to Dysart (El Mirage, AZ) to encounter the Demons in a 4A Southwest challenge on Friday, March 25.
