Texas High School Softball - Queen City gets by Atlanta
March 23, 2022: Atlanta, TX 75551 The Queen City Bulldogs got by the host Atlanta Rabbits softball squad by a count of 9-8 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Bulldogs (12-7) will now prepare for their battle against New Boston (New Boston, TX). The Lions go into the 3A Region II District 14 battle with a 0-10 record. In their last battle, New Boston was edged by Hooks (Hooks, TX), 11-1, in a league battle.
The Rabbits now sport a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Redwater for a 3A Region II District 14 battle on Friday, March 25. Atlanta will meet a Dragons squad coming off a 15-6 league win over De Kalb (De Kalb, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 17-7.
