March 23, 2023: Summerville, GA 30747 Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the Armuchee Indians (Rome, GA) and the host Chattooga Indians (Summerville, GA), saw Armuchee's baseball squad knock off Chattooga by a count of 16-1.
Coming up next, the Indians play the Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA) in a 1A D-I Area 7 battle, on Tuesday, March 28. Armuchee will attempt to move on its 9-8 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 8-10 record after their 6-3 league win over Pepperell (Lindale, GA).
The Indians now possess a 4-12 record. They take the field next when they host Christian Heritage for a non-league battle on Monday, March 27.
