The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) and the host Laney Buccaneers (Wilmington, NC), saw Hoggard's lacrosse team achieve victory over Laney by a margin of 14-9.

The Vikings (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Middle Creek (Apex, NC). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 9-0 record. In their last challenge, Middle Creek edged Apex Friendship (Apex, NC), 11-6, in a league challenge.
