March 23, 2024: Mountain View, CA 94040 The Mountain View Spartans volleyball team (Mountain View, CA), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA)
The Vikings (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Homestead (Cupertino, CA). The Mustangs enter the SCVAL - De Anza challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Homestead was dropped by Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans encounter the Cupertino Pioneers (Cupertino, CA) in a SCVAL - De Anza challenge, on Wednesday, March 27. Mountain View will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Los Altos (Los Altos, CA).
