The Scranton Knights baseball squad (Scranton, PA), was overwhelmed 12-1 in Monday's non-league contest with the host Riverside Vikings (Taylor, PA)

With the triumph, Riverside moves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Vikings host Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA) to confront the Wildcats in a Lackawanna 2 contest on Thursday, March 26. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 2-2. Western Wayne lost 9-0 in their recent non-league contest against Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA)
