Louisiana High School Softball - Converse bounces Negreet
March 23, 2026: Converse, LA 71419 The Converse Wildcats (Converse, LA) softball routed the visiting Negreet Indians (Negreet, LA), 15-0 in Monday's league outing.
The Wildcats now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stanley for a B District 3 outing on Tuesday, March 24. Converse will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to St. Louis Catholic (Lake Charles, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 16-5.
With the loss, Negreet drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Zwolle (Zwolle, LA) to clash with the Hawks in a B District 3 bout on Tuesday, March 24. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Zwolle won 5-1 in their recent non-league bout against Grace Christian (Alexandria, LA)
