With the triumph, Sam Houston improves its record to 9-5 on the year. The Broncos host Lafayette (Lafayette, LA) to clash with the Lions in a 5A District 3 game on Monday, March 28. The Lions come into the game with a record of 14-7. Lafayette won 12-2 in their recent non-league game against Breaux Bridge (Breaux Bridge, LA)
