South Carolina High School Softball - Lee Academy bounces Florence Christian
March 24, 2022: Bishopville, SC 29010 Lee Academy Cavaliers (Bishopville, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Florence Christian Eagles (Florence, SC), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Cavaliers now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Pee Dee Academy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 31. Lee Academy will face a Eagles squad coming off a 14-2 league win over Williamsburg Academy (Kingstree, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 15-1.
With the loss, Florence Christian falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Clarendon Hall (Summerton, SC) to face the Saints in a non-league match on Friday, March 25. The Saints go into the match with a record of 8-5. Clarendon Hall lost 12-11 in their recent league match against Dorchester Academy (St. George, SC)
