El Toro Chargers (Lake Forest, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Aliso Niguel Wolverines (Aliso Viejo, CA), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, El Toro upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Chargers travel to San Clemente (San Clemente, CA) to battle the Tritons in a Sea View test on Wednesday, March 29. The Tritons come into the test with a record of 8-3. San Clemente lost 11-1 in their recent league test against San Juan Hills (San Juan Capistrano, CA)

With the defeat, Aliso Niguel falls to 2-8 on the season. The Wolverines host Fountain Valley (Fountain Valley, CA) to battle the Barons in a non-league test on Saturday, March 25.
