Texas High School Baseball - Strake Jesuit defeats Alvin
March 24, 2023: Houston, TX 77036 Strake Jesuit Fighting Crusaders (Houston, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Alvin Yellowjackets (Alvin, TX), 12-6 in a league test.
With the win, Strake Jesuit upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Fighting Crusaders host Dawson (Pearland, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 6A Region III District 23 test on Tuesday, March 28. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 7-12. Dawson won 23-1 in their recent league test against Alief Taylor (Houston, TX)
With the defeat, Alvin falls to 7-11 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Pearland (Pearland, TX) to battle the Oilers in a 6A Region III District 23 test on Tuesday, March 28. The Oilers come into the test with a record of 17-5. Pearland won 10-0 in their recent league test against Alief Elsik (Houston, TX)
