North Carolina High School Soccer - Central Cabarrus knocks off East Rowan

Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team overwhelm the host East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC), 12-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings confront the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A challenge, on Tuesday, March 28. Central Cabarrus will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 6-0 league loss to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC).

The Mustangs now possess a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Hills Christian for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 27. East Rowan will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to North Rowan (Spencer, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-6.
