The Carson Cougars crushed the visiting Northwest Cabarrus Trojans baseball team by a count of 11-3 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ardrey Kell for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 25. Carson will face a Knights team coming off a 6-5 league win over Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Knights record now stands at 5-4.

Next, the Trojans face the Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) in a bout, on Tuesday, April 4. Northwest Cabarrus will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
