The Durango Trailblazers triumphed over the visiting Pinecrest Academy Cadence Cougars softball squad by a count of 31-16 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Trailblazers play the Desert Pines Jaguars (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Desert challenge, on Wednesday, March 26. Durango will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 19-1 league loss to Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV).
