The McClave Cardinals baseball team scored 22 runs and held the host Wiley Panthers to 2 in the Cardinals non-league win on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now hold a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crowley County for a non-league test on Friday, March 27. McClave will play a Chargers team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Holly (Holly, CO). The Chargers record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Wiley drops to 4-4 on the season. The Panthers host Stratton (Stratton, CO) to battle the Eagles in a 1A District 4 outing on Thursday, March 26. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 2-0. Stratton won 16-1 in their recent non-league outing against Springfield (Springfield, CO)
