The Flour Bluff Hornets softball squad (Corpus Christi, TX), was routed 12-2 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Carroll Tigers (Corpus Christi, TX)

With the triumph, Carroll improves its record to 21-6 on the year. The Tigers travel to Gregory-Portland (Portland, TX) to face the Wildcats in a 5A Region IV District 29 bout on Friday, March 27. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 11-14. Gregory-Portland won 7-4 in their recent league bout against Corpus Christi Moody (Corpus Christi, TX)

In their next game, the Hornets battle the Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial Eagles (Corpus Christi, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 29 bout, on Friday, March 27.
