March 25, 2022: Runge, TX 78151 Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Port Aransas Marlins (Port Aransas, TX) and the host Runge Yellowjackets (Runge, TX), witnessed Port Aransas's softball squad prevail over Runge by a count of 26-11.
The Marlins now sport a 7-16 record. They play next when they host Kenedy for a 2A Region IV District 30 match on Tuesday, March 29. Port Aransas will meet a Lions squad coming off a 24-12 league win over Woodsboro (Woodsboro, TX). The Lions record now stands at 4-9.
