In Saturday's non-league game, the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls baseball team scored a nice 14-4 victory over the Robinson Bulldogs.

The Ragin' Bulls (9-2) will now prepare for their game against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats go into the Greater Metro 4A game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Lake Norman ran past West Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 5-2, in a league game.

The Bulldogs (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC). The Knights go into the Yadkin Valley 1A/2A game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Gray Stone Day was overwhelmed by Union Academy (Monroe, NC), 12-1, in a league game.
